All components are made in Malaysia from a combination of MDF and plantation pine. The pine is grown surrounding the factory where the beds are made. Warranty Information: All our products carry a 12 month warranty against defects (excluding breakage). After receipt of boxes from carrier, kindly check for exterior damage and report on delivery docket if any visible damage. In case of damage, do not destroy the boxes until you have checked the contents for further damage. If so, identify affected piece/s from installation sheet and report to retailer within 24 hours. Do not assemble the item in case of damage.
